Hey everyone. Just starting off here. Soon chat will be enabled directly from the home page. I'm still constructing the general layout, and colors. Ideas and constructive criticism are greatly appreciated. Just sign up for an account and post away!

Also if you visit this site from an ios device (iPad, or iPhone) you will be asked if you would like to get the tapatalk app. You can access this forum from your mobile devices with or without it.

Hey! Whaddaya think? The chat is called cometchat and will integrate into every page once I get ahold of the help dept tomorrow and get it set up.

Oh, and if you visit from an ios device you can either use the mobile version or you can use an app called tapatalk that uses the iphone/ipads native operating system. I will have the chat set up similarly too. I believe the app is also for andriod and will work with either.

I think the yuku boards have served their purpose. On our own server we are far less limited, and we can make changes on the fly and have moderators for certain boards. I think it's just time we got a new change of scenery for the forums.

Cool. So how do I get to the chatroom? I see a tab called chatrooms that says "Please select a public/private chatroom you would like to join" but there's nothing I can see to actually get into. Problem on my end or is there just no chatroom yet?

Then everything's ok on your part. I had cometchat staff editing some code last night which may have interfered with the normal functions. Let me know if when you click chatrooms you see nothing. It should have one room called "Lounge Chat".

Also I've matched your post counts to your post counts from the yuku boards. I'll continue to check those as more members come over.

Everything seems great although I might move the Wiki Discussion to a separate category at the bottom of the index such as "Technical", "Support", etc or somehow associate it directly with the Wiki page itself.

Other than that, this seems amazing compared to Yuku. Great job!

Also, it seems you have to register separately to use the Wiki. If there was a way to 'merge' the two so the Wiki recognized the user coming from the forum, that might be nice.

I'm still working on moving the wiki information over from the old site. The new wiki will be editable by any member with an account here. If you go to the first two or three links under wiki index you can look at and make changes as a user right now.

Ah okay, it must have been because I added a link to "Research Links" which is farther down on the list.
