I use GHK micronized
Mahakea for daytime, &
Nene for nighttime.
For breakfast this morning I mixed 2 teaspoons of micro Mahakea in a blender bottle with some orange juice, cream & vanilla protein powder. I couldn't taste the kava at all. (Usually I only use 1 teaspoon, but I guess I wasn't fully awake yet.

) Cranberry-pomegranate juice is helpful for masking the kava flavor, too, although nothing has worked as well as that o.j. combo.
If it's a hard day, I'll have another teaspoon of Mahakea before lunch, & maybe another in the late afternoon. That amount & frequency is just right to keep me focused & motivated. I've tried Moi, which a lot of people like, but it makes me feel kind of woozy -- not good for a work day.
In the evening it's time for a teaspoon or 2 of micro Nene, which brings on a gentle, subtle, uplifting sense of well-being... I'm not seeking a melt-into-the-couch state, just a visit to the all's-right-with-the-world zone, and Nene delivers.
