New to Kava. Suggested cultivar?

They're both quite Tongan. I remember Nakamal@home's Tongan being stronger, but I could be confabulating.

Just so I'm clear: when you say you prefer Tongan to Solomon's, you're referring to Tongan by nakamalathome - correct?
Your Tongan Pride by Kava by Rex review would suggest this.

One of my favorite experiences of mixing kavas was soloman island and vanautu3. I put half a cup of soloman with 4 tbsp of van3 to 5 cups of water/milk. So good, hesitant to say one of my favorite experiences with kava

Guys, in Kava by Rex, his recipe does not even involve soy lecithin or any kind of fat, what are your experiences with that ?
