Ni sa bula, lurker joining in the fun and education

Thanks for all the great advice you all have posted here, in particular a number of long-term members and product sellers . I've become a daily kava user, replacing an antidepressant, two anti-anxiety medications and a non-narcotic pain medication. It has helped immensely. My digestion is better, as is my rosacea. I am also a recovering alcoholic. My doctor was supportive of the move away from the pharmaceuticals, as was my wife. Very important!

I revisited kava after having used low quality supplements decades ago. So glad I did!

Vinaka vaka levu for this wonderful resource!

Welcome! Glad to have you with us.

Lots to learn yet, but special thanks to both you and Krunky McKrunkface. I learned about reverse tolerance, unscrupulous vendors, the problems with extracts and "supplements", differences between heady and heavy kava, loa and vula, etc. mostly from the two of you by simply reading. I moved from micronized to traditional prep pretty quickly. I now have a gallon jug of loa waka prepped for the next few days. Thanks for the warm welcome.
