Hello,

I love Gourmet Hawaiian Kava. It is some of the best I have ever had. I have been ordering from you for about a year now.
That said, I put in an order for 1/2 lb of the Mahakea on May 11. I did the debit card order through Pay Pal, I got the pop-up message stating that I ordered, but I did not get any email confirmation as I always do. I haven't heard anything since order regarding it. I wanted to know if the order was even put through. My account shows this:
05-11-201705-11-2017 *Pending DEBIT AUTHORIZATION May11 10:47p 4213*Pending DEBIT AUTHORIZATION May11 10:47p 4213AT 22:47 PAYPAL *GOURMETHAW 4029357733 $ 30.00

HI, I just sent you an email. I am sorry for the delay but we had a bunch or orders that came in, more that usual. Two of my employees even asked me if I had a sale or a special and I told them no I did not. I can tell you that your order did go out and should get to you soon.
