ordering kava tomorrow, need help!

first time ordering kava, I have only taken the capsules.
what is a good kind to start out with, wanting to use for anxiety!
please help!, I don't want to order something that just doesn't work, period. I've heard of that happening on other threads, but you guys are experts, so I thought I'd ask!

There was just a great post today or yesterday about choosing cheap effective noble strains for those new and possibly not through reverse tolerance. Check it out friend and have fun whatever u decide. U literally cannot go wrong with any vendor in this site.

I want something to calm my anxiety, relaxing, yet social...would I need two strains to get heady and heavy?

concerning the RT, I got great results the very first time I used just two capsules, and the effects increased each time of use...Idk if that is good or not.
and yeah I completely forgot to read reviews before posting, sorry! but I have started to go through them, I will look for that post!

No worries. Well if u do read reviews u will find that some strains are absolutely known for heady or heaviness. But take it with a grain of salt because we all vary greatly. For the most part though, I personally enjoy heavy strains. I have a particularly physical job and by the end of the week I need to be untwisted if u know what I mean. Sleep comes so easily with heavy too. Heady is nice for day or when u still have things to do. But even heavy strains can be used for this as long as u use less. :)

if your feeling is increasing that's great but when u feel it fully for the first time, u will be so proud of yourself for being such a goddam genius! It only gets better and then u actually use the same or less! It's like no other substance in that regard.

Don't know what your situation is, but it's made so many lives astronomically better and this forum is the most amazing place u could ever be!

thanks for the input!
I definitely need something I can use while I get many things done throughout the day, so maybe I'll stick with heady. and order some heavy to use at night and see how it reacts with my body and all of that jazz.

I enjoy this forum and the cool cats on it::awesomenessz::
There is so much knowledge here and everyone is friendly!
