I would probably write a better review if I did it while on it. First shell was relaxing and turned off the radio in the head turned off the mental chatter. Shells after first turned into a warm massaging relaxing body melt that will leave you like a happy statue. Like being Ina warm blanket made in heaven. Head effects are the life is great kinda feeling calm relaxing with some euphoria and feelings of bliss. You know that feeling like your in some kind or heavenly place and everything is perfect.Strong on mind and body. Great kava. You won't need much to get krunk. Only bad thing about it is the taste but it evens out since your getting good effects. Tastes like muddy gym socks and a little grass. the texture is nasty thick oily chalky bubbly. this will make you feel like a person drinking kava for the first time. Who cares about taste this is great strong kava that is heady and body strong and lasts long time. Perfect kava.
