Kava Curious
Anybody tried picamilon with kava?- Possibly they might synergize, or maybe they cause tolerance of eachother? I've used picamilon as a safer, saner alternative to phenibut, (it's not so habit forming) and I've been pretty happy with the results. I take 50mg (powder) before bed to help with sleep. It seems to be very similar to kava effects to me. I might get a little more systematic and report personal experiences with using them together, but I was curious of anyone has already had some experiences using these substances concurrently.
