As I mentioned here, I have been targeted by the Red Cross for platelet donation due to a high presence of platelets. However, websites that warn of the dangers of kava warn of a low platelet count and smaller platelets.
Could anyone who is eligible please donate and see if you are also targeted for a high platelet count, or alternatively mention your concerns as to your blood count to your doctor and have a test done?
