I too was concerned with their service after I emailed them several days ago asking about a payment method. I still have not heard back from them. I didnt want to bring it up as I figured they may be flooded with emails and just didnt get to mine yet. But on the other hand, if I had a business and someone had a question about payments before they could do business with me, I would have replied within 24 hours. Not the best first impression. I have done a lot of business selling on ebay in the past, and I ALWAYS replied to questions in a timely manner, even if they were bugging me. I decided to say screw it, hoped for the best and made an order a few hours ago. Looking forward to getting some BKH kava, but they should put a little more effort into making sure customers and future customers get the information they need, in a timely manner. Maybe they have started using a different email than the one that is provided on their website and just havent updated their contact forms yet?
