Poor Customer Service with BKH

I couldnt pass it up, I almost ordered a lb of nangol instead, but I figured I would be able to sample it thoroughly, get 2 coconut shells, and a proper strainer bag for less than the cost of a pound. If I like it I will order a couple more pounds after a few days :D

Just received my order in tonight's mail. Ordered Saturday afternoon. Received order Thurs evening. Seems pretty reasonable to me. I'm so happy with my new Squanch Kava order that I probably wouldn't have cared if the BKH order didn't show for another week!
Ya, I ordered Sunday and just received the confirmation for shipping today. I'm usually a lot more patient but all I have is a Kona Kava 55% kavalactone paste. Excited to have some real Kava and I was hoping to have it on the weekend especially because I live 4 hours away.

The strainer that BKH sell I can vouch for personally. They're all I use. Lasts forever, and perfect particle size for me.
I'm glad they have your endorsement. I opened the package I received today and removed the two strainers I had ordered. They are HUGE! My wife quickly made fun of them and my daughter tried to see if her head would fit in it! I'll give it a trial run tomorrow after work.

I received my order yesterday and am very happy with it. Even if BKH is a little slow shipping out, I will still most likely keep buying from them.:D

Okay guys, I want to make a public statement. I made several comments regarding how BKH runs their business, and their business etiquette, and they felt that I was wrongfully attacking their credibility. I would like to apologize to everyone at BKH, and @Judd Rench. I realize that them missing my email was a simple one in a million mistake that anyone could easily have made. I had no right to question their business skills or their credibility. I can tell from all I have read on the forums, that they are a great company that take pride in their products and customer satisfaction, and I know they do the best they can. No matter how big of an asshole I am, the tiny sliver of remaining heart have caused me feelings of guilt. You have my formal, wholehearted apology @Judd Rench.
