Problem contacting GHK

Hi, I ordered a pound from GHK, received my paypal receipt but no email from them. I emailed to ask if they
got the order and for tracking but did not receive any response. This is the same thing that happened last month.
Has anyone had contact with them or a problem with getting their orders shipped? Last month when it appeared my
order would be late, I bought from another vendor and my order was on its way same day so no problems.
I had to do the same today, buy from another vendor so that I could get my order shipped quickly.
The only way to contact them is to use the webpage contact form which I used.
Just wondering if this is the norm now with GHK? Thanks.

Chris was active today on these here forums. When I've ordered from GHK it typically takes a week to get his stuff. Normally I receive an e-mail confirmation and tracking when it ships out. As he ships from the Big Island, a lot of his stuff goes to Oahu first before reaching the mainland. My guess is if you didn't receive a confirmation that the order was never placed? Odds are it was a technical difficulty downstream. Check and see if you were charged and if so, do reach out to Chris via private message (I imagine you wouldn't want us seeing your CC info or your home address) and he should be able to resolve this issue. If you don't see any evidence that you paid GHK for anything, you might be in the clear to simply try ordering again if the item you wanted is still in stock.

Thanks. According to paypal my payment went through so pretty sure my order went through. I did try to reach out to Chris through private message with no answer, thus my post here.

Okay, I responded to your message. If you had an email posted on your website then it would be easier. But I had to use your webpage
message system which said "message sent" every time.
Also your paypal email goes to a website called koawoodhawaii so am not sure that is a real email. I tried it with no luck.

Sounds like you now have a response from Chris. I will say out of all the orders I have placed with GHK I have never had an issue with it being placed or shipping it out. In general, it takes 7-8 days from order placement to get to me in NY state. 2-3 days from order placement to ship and 3-4 days in shipping. Paypal always gives me a confirmation email. Paypal does send me a "shipment" email, but typically this is a pre-shipment tracking number and has not actually shipped yet. Once it does ship I can track it. While GHK's ordering and shipping process is not the fastest I have never failed to get my kava in a timely manner (considering it is coming from 4,700 miles away).

I am sorry that I do not put my email address on my website. I get a very large amount of spam. That is why I include a business card with every order and I have my phone number and email address there. Aloha.
