as long as i wait an hour after then I eat like a bear, it amplifies the hunger.... The other day I ate 3 hot dogs, mini pizza and a cheeseburger 
I have to eat, low blood sugar and I can't enjoy the session so far if it diminishes at all I just drink another shell and am good to go.
