Yes...this story has evolved since early July when Dani Blum of the New York Times wrote about these "chocolate bars" and in to a large extent implicated "Kava" by focusing on the 3 extracted kavalactones present in the bars. However, since then the story has changed to implicate/blame the mushroom extract with less mention of kava (Thank Heavens). Yesterday the FDA sent me an update which clearly focused just on the psychedelic mushroom content.
