Reverse Tolerance and cessation

If you've broken through reverse tolerance and stop drinking kava for short periods of take (say 1-2 weeks), will your receptors typically still react to lower doses of kava? I thought I read somewhere where the half life of k-tones was short and it was more a matter of receptors in your brain cells adapting to be more receptive to k-tones.

I have stopped for a few weeks before and then continued drinking again. You won't start all over with reverse tolerance as if you were new to kava. If you quit and continue you may get few days of decent effects and then go back to normal. That's just my experience thou
