RT and Short Lived Effects

Last night I did two servings of Papa Kea with about an hour of effects before normalcy returned. A third serving did nothing. Tonight, I have had the same experience with Pouni Ono. It felt nice while it lasted. I am assuming that either results are short-lived at first or that it's just my hard-headedness. I can only imagine what it is like to feel kava in my system for an entire evening. The good news is that the kava is starting to work. Now I am curious about the experiences of others. I am more than two weeks in; daily use.

It started off kinda slow but noticable...
The more times I tried kava.and different doses and different kavas...And after few weeks effects were plenty strong enough...
Some strains dont last as long as other.
Pouni ono seems to last 3-4 hrs for me...which is perfect

Thanks for your reply. Last night I had three shells of pouni ono micro, a decent teaspoon per shell each twenty minutes. The third shell didn't change anything. The effects lasted less than an hour.

I would up your dose a bit..I havent tried micros yet but think alot of people do tablespoons of it lol...but everyones different, pouni ono is very clear in the head...so even hours after taking it, you should still be feeling pretty good...think I rated it a 3-4 hour strain
