Nice idea to inset Pacific coins into a shell - in the same way Fijians used to inset teeth of opponents into their Ula's, and Tongans insetting shell and whale tooth motifs into their assorted clubs.
I've got a bunch of vatu and tala coins and a big pile of shells - will take your lead and have a go. Thanks for the idea!
