I would appear to have developed rough, dry, ugly, crinkly skin on my hands. How do I fix this exactly?

Cut back on the kava or use some amlactin lotion on your hands.

Also, use nitrile gloves when mixing.

Use food safe gloves when making kava. Nitrile is great, but may be in short supply because of Covid-19.

Make sure to wash your hands with hand soap after preparing Kava to remove any kavalactones that might be sticking around on your skin. This was one of the other things that I started doing where I noticed a big decrease in the dryness on my hands.

I have converted from Amlactin to 3M Cavilon.

I suggest others try it! better then okeefe's, amalactin or anything I have found plus it doesnt leave your hands oily!

oooh, a 3M lotion product. Now I feel like we're getting technical. Usually I only see that logo on my sandpaper or dust mask.
