How is it going fellow Kava Users, I just ordered Stone. What is everyone's input on it? Like what is the effects and what is your opinion on it? I read its a real heavy hitter on the body what's the consensus on this? Thank you all for any responses.

Agreed. Stone was my daily drinker back before they upped the price a few hundred percent. It's what I call "The diesel of kavas". Super heavy hitter.

Good stuff, but if I have too much it makes me feel a little worn down and tired the following day. Good thing they don't offer it in an instant or micro

How many shells does it normally take you to get the full effects?
Also how long is the duration of the effects?

5-6 tbs and I'm good for the night. Any more and I get those next day effects, ...
