Strange effects from instant

I only drink traditional Borogoru . I love it. It is heavy but I make it kind of weak I think. 1 litre of water and 9 tbsp powder, and then I do a second wash with 7 dl water. I almost prefer second wash. I just want to get relaxation and not feel intoxicated. I can drink it a little stronger late in the evening. But my question now is about instant Borogoru. Kavaeurope is out of trad. So I bought instant and I don't feel good from it. I make it weak. 0,5 tsp to 2 dl water, but I get dizzy! I feel intoxicated even though it is weak. Is it better to make it stronger? I am so confused. I want the same effect that I get from trad kava but it doesn't work.
I also bought a kava called nakamal nights but haven't tried it yet. Maybe that is better for me because it is traditional? I want heavy kava but not too heavy. If I make weak nakamal nights will that be something like trad Borogoru?
So my questions are basically. Can I make instant Borogoru more like trad so I don't feel dizzy and can nakamal nights replace trad Borogoru if I make it weak? And a bonus question. Why is it so difficult to get Borogoru now in Europe? Will it get better?

Howdy, real instant kava is meant to be drunk 2-3 teaspoons with 8-10oz of water. Repeat as often as needed. Micronized kava is not instant kava, it seem people confuse them often. So you can get equal or better results with the right instant kava. If I were you I'd skip nakamal nights and get some Root and Pestle or whatever is The Kava Society of New Zealand equivalent for you. That's the best kava on your side of the globe.
