Are there any other swing shift workers here? I work a 3/2/2 schedule with two weeks of days then two weeks of nights. It's can be tough to get any kind of schedule down. I've found that my most enjoyable kava sessions are after work, in the morning, on my night shifts. I don't drink at all while I'm on day shift. I find it hard to limit my kava drinking to sessions after work, and find myself drinking kava on my days off even though it is not enjoyable for me and causes lethargy. I also get depressed on nights in the winter on my days off, because by the time I wake up the sun is going down and its cold... Does any one else have this issue?
