Ok so last night I made an online purchase from BKH. 2 hrs later I get an email saying that they ran out of the kava I purchased but would have more in a week or 2. So I asked for a refund last night around 9pm est. Well its now 3:20 est and not only have i NOT received a refund i havent gotten a response to the numerous emails asking what the hold up is. I thought this vendor had great customer service? Just a little communication would be nice. Funny I see Judd has time to post here to defend his 11 year waka, but can't be bothered with processing a refund for a product that was said to be in stock. And can't be bothered to respond to my emails asking for some communication. I'm sorry but that is NOT good customer service! Maybe those of you that know him can convince him to contact me. It'd be nice to have the funds credited back to my debit card so I can purchase what i need from another vendor. Maybe its more important to this vendor to spend time posting on the forum promoting his goods rather than taking care of a customer! LAME!

Woah there. I'm sorry you haven't gotten a response. My shipping department is not currently open. I was actually working "off the clock" from home by posting on this forum. I did not have my info@ email address open on my pc. You can always send me an email at [email protected].

What was your order number? My guess is that your refund actually was processed by us but since it was just last night, your bank hasn't put it through yet. I'll be in a place where I can confirm that within the next couple hours. I am sorry for the inconvenience, we've had a hard time keeping all kava stocked recently due to its popularity,and sometimes we sell out before we can take it off the site. I'll shoot you a discount code for a future order for your troubles.
