Friday night, sick & at home, a good reason to indulge in my favorite root, so bula to everyone 
By the way, I had the chace to taste some fresh frozen kava, and god, the taste and effect are so great! And even if it was a heavy variety as I felt it, and I learned that I prefer equilibrated kavas as both extreme let me feeling something is lacking. This is the first time that I feel the refreshing sleep that is often spoke about kava. But I can't imagine how great would be something like a pacific elixir fresh kava! I definitely think that something is lost in the drying process, but what? If you have some article about this, I'm quite interested.
