Mahalo for posting this! I have sent a few letters, on this subject, to the editor of The Guardian UK and mostly been ignored.
They Letters Department even phoned me here in Hawai'i and asked numerous question about kava. Their comments
honestly sounded Colonial and the kava was somehow uncivilized! I was disappointed that the caller kept saying "we might or might not publish your letter,
we have not decided" !!
