1.5 tbsp x 2 aluballs in 700 ml warmish water. Couple of shells drank up front with a shell drank every 15 minutes.Second wash in 600ml of water drank more quickly.
This has quickly become a staple kava for me. It is definately potent and 100% relaxing. Make sure to not over do with this one, start on the lower end of your usual dosage and move up from there.
I really like kavas that are mostly heavy but are balanced out with a decent amount of mental relaxation as well. This one definately delivers in that category. I also like to blend it with other kavas to give them some extra kick.
