Level Tablespoon 7-8 grams.
Level Teaspoon 3-4 grams.


Just weighed it out, and thought I would share.

Okay now, Dr Chris says to take 2-4 grams and call me in the morning or if you want the alternate instructions you can take 2-4 grams and rinse and repeat. You gotta admit it is one medicine that sugar wont help go down. But it one that I like to take so I am off to take 2-4 grams but wait, if I call right now for the 4 grams I will get an extra 4 grams for free, all I have to do is pay a small processing fee.
