What can I do to prevent a diuretic effect?

1. I'm pretty sure it is kavalactones or something else since even extracts and instants cause this to a degree

3. I don't think one can prevent diuresis but you can pay attention to hydration so that you don't suffer the side effects of dehydration

I think I'd better lay off the early morning krunking. I always get super dehydrated from it and feel like crap 2+ hours in.

Mineral water helps in my experience. It seems to be absorbed much quicker than regular still water.
