What's up with GHK? No response?

I placed an order 7 days ago. Have not received a shipping notification and have not received a response back when inquiring about the order?
Strange, never had any issues before.

Yes my mom was in the hospital and that is why some did not get a response, rest assured that your order did go out, all orders are sent within 1-2 days depending on if it is a week end or not.
We thought my mom was having a stroke but we are glad it turned out to be "Bells Palsy" She is at home now and working on getting better, the right side of her face still droops and she can not blink her eye so she has to where a eye patch and put eye drops in all the time so her eye does not get injured from the dryness and lack of blinking. Thank you to everyone for understanding that I have to take care of my mom since my dad died 3 years ago. Most days are good but this is one of those days that are not so good, but things are getting better. This is a family business and we try our best to take care of each and every customer we get.
I am sure there are those out there that can vouch for that.

@Gourmet Hawaiian Kava , get well wishes to your Mom. I also know that you take care of your mother-in-law as well. It's a lot of responsibility but someone has to step up. I hope my son does that for me and my wife as we age.
Yes I do take care of my mom and my mother in law, I forgot about that, one good thing is that my mother in law seems to never get sick but it is hard for her to get around, she is 83 now. Talk to you later Deleted User01.
