Dude seriously get a Fijian strainer from either paradise or kickbackwithkava. Those things are far superior to crappy muslin bags. I was never able to properly appreciate fine ground kavas like boroguro and fu'u until I had one. I would usually get too frustrated kneading it and just toss and wash, which gives great results with the side effect of nausea. A Fijian strainer will handle the finest grinds with ease and makes a perfect grog. They are a few bucks more than muslin bags but worth 10 times more. I'm actually gonna hit up Adil to get an extra in case mine rips someday. It is going strong after being reefed on a 100 times, but I'd rather have an extra on hand than have break and have to temporarily go back to the oppression of muslin.
