I would say so. Not 100% clear, but still drinking kava daily!

It sounds like you have found your balance. Would you say that's true? Am I wrong for seeking a balance? Much love. Roaddog....

The one of many good things about kava is that it is self-regulating, and in my experience it seems to give you the balance that is right for you. It will "tell you" when you are using too much, or too often and you will find the right balance of consumption and frequency.

@infraredz , thanks for such a perfect answer. This is the first thread I ever started, and am amazed at how much knowledge I have been able to learn here, already. I found a very nice group off folks that share the same passions. I feel honored. Much love, Roaddog....
