Well, this may be controversial (lol) but I think alcohol should remain legal and MJ should be legalized nationwide.

My only contention being that alcohol as a whole does a lot more damage than mj does. There are some 500K alcohol related accidents each year in the US of which 32+K are lethal. That's just involving vehicular accidents. Add another 50k+ on other alcohol related deaths in the US alone. 2.5 Million worldwide. About 27 people die as result of drunk driving every single day (2014)

car crashes that led to death where mj were the sole reason - There are some, it's not zero as many would have people believe, but it certainly doesn't come close to the alcohol related injuries or deaths.
Have I done the other 2? Yes I have extensive research with both and others.
Bottom line (for me) - Drink kava. It's safer then both.

I agree alcohol is very dangerous. However it is so easy to make, it would be impossible to ban. The last time that was tried, this was the result:

All the prohibition of (some) drugs has done is create drug lords, cartels, violence, etc.
Thank Heaven above that Kava isn't in that same class of (some) drugs (in most places anyway). I hope it stays that way.
