Kava Culture New book on the Australian controversy

Prince Philip

Duke of Edinborogu
Professor Siosiua Lafitani and the Lo'au University together with the support of the Australian Kava Movement for Fair-go are looking to publish their book on kava (under Lo'au University Press) in 2015, which was a result of the ban of kava at Canberra in 2011. A clash of culture and politics that was also settled and allowed under the reserved power and authority of the Chief Minister of the ACT, Hon. Katy Gallagher, for kava to be allowed only in the context of cultural activities with no commercial uses. Federal and Territory Laws still ban kava but it is only used in any cultural context in according to this reserved power and authority of the Chief Minister under the ACT and Federal Constitutions (and Laws). This will be the first book of its kind from the scientific-medicinal and philosophical importance of kava to cultural and political and to the socio-religious applications. This unique book may bring to light new several arguments that can contribute to a clear and better understanding of kava culture in Australia and beyond.

I'll post more info (e.g. title, ISBN, etc). as information becomes available to me.
