I see what you're sayin, but I also see what he/she might be sayin. AFAIK, with kava, there's always the risk of nausea from drinking too much, so I can see how someone may take pause in their drinking to make sure they don't consume more than their digestion can handle.

I always drink kava early in the day as I find a lot of kavas besides the incredible heavy ones effect my sleep . This also
avoids the problem of heavy urination during the night which would obvisouly negatively effect sleep.

I know this is an old thread but I was wondering the same thing. Sometimes I'll go pee about four times in a 2 hour session. I'll be so lazy towards the end that I'll lay on my side and go pee while lying down. I'm outdoors, of course.
