Since it is Friday I made some blue raspberry shells. Traditional prep, so now my hands look like a Smurf. Or better yet like Mr. Lahey when he went full liquor Snurf.

Dude. I had to take off my green shades to make sure I was really seeing this. I know its past St. PADDY's day, and I'm thinking you haven't made you kava with Potomoc water, so.. What gives? A little FD&C Blue and FD&C Yellow mixed in? Pastachio flavoring? Whatever it is, I LIKE iT.

Well, I ended up actually eating leftover barbecue last night, but we're on que for steak tonight! It's in bag, in the..water? Sous vide always was a strange one, but man it cooks a steak and I can't mess it up.
