Addendum: I had the most vivid dream I've had in a long long time after drinking this. I usually wake up a couple times during the night, and my dreams don't have 8-hour long storylines. Pretty crazy stuff.

That alone is reason enough for me to try it. I just finally (it's been a while) had a lucid dream from some Melo Melo and Fiji Waka. I've always stayed away from the heady kavas near bedtime since I assumed they were not as conducive to sleep. It's odd, but I actually have found I sleep just as well as long as I don't drink the heady kavas right before bed.

Regardless, I had the best dream I've had in probably a year last night and I was able to initiate a lucid dream. It was wonderful and I want to start lucid dreaming again now

Maybe that's where the CB1 activity comes in
