Amlactin/dermopathy question

Finally today I got some sweet relief after keeping the lotion on most of yesterday. My hands still look gross (actually, they look worse now that the skin is coming off), but they no longer feel like sandpaper. All hail amlactin.
Strange how this stuff affects everyone differently. It's strictly a side of the body issue for me. It goes from just under my arms all the way down to my upper thighs. I started treating one side with Kenacomb cream, starting yesterday and repeated today. There is no doubt today that the treated side is already faded compared to the other side. I will continue for a few days and see what happens. If it doesn't work, I'll be looking for some of the grease that everyone talks about around here.

The Amlactin is awesome, but can burn something awful if you have red or irritated dermopathy. My hands stay in a constant state of dermopathy dryness, what helps me the most is greasing them up real good at night with Badger Balm, O'keeffe's Working Hands Cream or Amlactin for daytime. Incidentally, I also discovered that a chemical hair depilatory like "Veet" will also remove the dry skin dermopathy from hands, as well as some chemical facial peels (some of which have a really high percentage of lactic acid - eats that dead skin right off).
I decided to give this stuff a try because I'm dermo all over my stomach right now. :( So I went to their site and now I'm confused about which product to get. Anyone know which is the best stuff to get?
