Can Kava cause hair loss?

This is one side effect that would make me considerably cut down on my kava use. Has any here actually had hair loss as a result of kava? A bunch of sites come up if you google this, not sure of the validity of the sources though. My hair is certainly a bit thinner than it was when I was young, but I don't know if that is from kava or just from aging. Things that cause skin problems (kava definitely does) often cause hair loss as well, since hair is very closely related to one's skin condition.

So anecdotally, I drink a lot of kava, and have been doing so for a few years. I have dermo. But I also have lots of hair. Well, not so much anymore since I got a short haircut because my wife and kid were complaining about how much hair I had and I felt the joke had gone far enough.

Nah, I can say this one is made up entirely. Never had a single person report hair loss, and if it were true I'd be 100% bald, and I've experienced ravaging dermapothy.
Do you still get derma? How did you "cure" it the first time?

I was drinking micronized tudei kava on a daily basis for almost 2 years. I was massively ignorant. Once I switched to a noble kava my skin cleared up. Not 100% clear but 100% manageable.

@Mrbinx69, so far all kava has given me dry cracking skin. Wearing gloves now seems to help, but doesnt prevent it completely. I think it has more to do with the cold dry winter air.
