Evening Use

What is a good "evening" kava? I'm not that great with the chemotypes yet. Don't want to have insomnia.

Are you looking to buy or do you have selections at your disposal to choose from ?

I find that your Gonna want 3 at the last one possible... Yangonin is apparently what causes that insomnia ... even heavy ones such as boroguru can have it at the top ... strain don't have set chemo , each harvest and individual plant will vary every time it's harvested. If your choosing from Chris (GHK) then go to his website and find the coas.. those are the most updated chemo to his stash

Regardless of what kava I have early evening I always find a couple of kava candies slow things down for me an hour or so before bed.

I sleep well on every kava I have tried so far as long as I pay attention to the strains effects. I think the deal is not drinking too much and too late at night when drinking heady kavas that can make you antsy. You can also cut an antsy kava with a balanced or heavy one.

if you find yourself in a position of not being able to sleep on one.... Following with another usually does the trick for me.
