I didn't think about it that way, but on further thought along those lines. I agree, in the correct context it does make sense. Sorry if i sounded too forward in that original remark.
oh, no apology, please, I agree with you, or I want to. But where enough is needed, and too much is to be avoided, a certain precision is required, so "dosage" is unavoidable. For me, anyway.

@Donwanagan that was put wonderfully. I see what you mean, we don't ask what dose of blueberries is safe to take. But different doses of blueberries do have different effects. antioxidants such as vitamin c work differently at higher doses.

A drug in my opinion is an isolated chemical . I don't consider coffee a drug . But I consider caffeine a drug.

Did you know their is over 10,000 constituents in soy alone ?
