Kava for benzodiazepine withdrawal

I have experience with it and still use it, but maybe once or twice a year. 5mg is a very low dose, you don't need to worry about it. If your intention is to stop taking it, my advice is to first get used to drinking kava, dial in the right one for your needs and then start tapering, see if you can break the tablet in half for a month or 2, and then quarters for another couple months then you should be good.

Your best bet is to work a goal and plan with the doc that prescribes you those meds.

I would wait at least 6 hours, but you should be fine either way, kava is very safe.

I am on day 6 of benzo withdrawal. I have no idea what happened to those 6 days, as it is hard to remember anything. I feel like I am somewhere else.......

On a side note, I am going to try my first run with kava this weekend. I can't wait! Let's hope for no reverse tolerance!!!

Hey, sorry this is 8 years later but I am curious: are you able to have good running sessions with kava?
