Kava not delivered

can anyone help. I ordered some kava fom GKE nearly a week ago and it still has not arrived. I live in the uk so i did not think it would take this long to recieve delivery. Also is it delivered by the royal mail or a courier? Many thanks

That's unusual as they are normally really good. It should come via royal mail. Have you tried contacting them?

it takes 3-5 days in uk by royal mail,usally here in wales in 3 days.so id contact them and tell them it hasant arrived,there usually good about these things it might have got lost in post.

I've just been to their website and it says they're not shipping between 21/3 and 29/3 and all orders placed between those dates will be shipped on 29/3. Mystery solved!
