I still can't stand the taste.....peppery dirt all the way. But I love the effects and the fact that it allows me to cut way back on my alcohol intake, especially during the week. Better sleep (quality/quantity) better me.

After you're prepared it whether by traditional prep or AluBall, try mixing in just a bit of liquid chocolate sauce like what you would use to make chocolate milk....just not as much. I'm actually almost enjoying the taste of kava now!

This is another reason why I personally prefer micro......besides its easy prep (add it to your liquid of choice), its easy to get the desired affect.

The only difference I saw was some larger fibers in mine. Taste and effects were the same. I kept that batch and went for the discount on my next order. Very pleased with the 11 Year Waka!

I use 2 level tbsp of micro to start. Sometimes I'll go for 2 more within 30 mins and then I'm good.

Yup, I found the 11 year waka to be out of stock last Friday. Ended up ordering some Ikaika micro instead. I love 11 year but it will be nice to try something different too. Just got a notification its waiting in my mailbox at home.

I personally find 11 Waka (in micro) to be very strong and has been my go to for quite some time now. However it appears to be out of stock at this point.

So no idea I guess.......

Big fan of 11 Year Waka here! Love the convenience of the micro grind and the strong effects. I do consider it more on the heady side (which I like) but there is some heavy as well. I also feel the sedative side towards the end.

I'll put two Tlbs in a bit more than a cup of liquid (used to be fruit juice but I've switched back to just water with a couple squirts of either lime or lemon juice). Then repeat this same process 20-30 mins later. I've been getting fantastic results from this with the 11 year waka micro.

Man I use micro exclusively now......I hope I'm one of the rare folks that don't get these issues.

I've had their Polynesian Gold extract and was very happy with the results.

This is why I had to get away from the Aluball (although I think its a great device). I was ending up with to much liquid. I was running two balls each with 2 tbsp and would do two washes. Then in order to get the potency I was after would have to run another identical setup. It ended up...

I as yet have not experienced any shortness of breath or shallow breathing after consuming kava.
