Yes, it's my Hawaiian Tanoa. It was hand carved on the Big Island.

I just had some Kava Supreme and ate about a half hour after. I thought it was wearing off until I got up. Everything came back and continued after another shell. I feel it more on an empty stomach but still good with a little food.

I'll have to reorder too. I have quite a bit of other kava here but I always like to have some of it around. It has turned into my go to Kava. Too convenient to order it on Amazon too.:)

I only have two. I use my small one with small batches or when I'm drink Hawaiian Ava.(y)

I used the AluBall today and I got three washes. Good stuff all the way through. I drank a whole Tanoa myself today.:)

That one nice thing about Wisconsin my lot is two acres so I have room. :)

I think Kava Supreme is a little underated. It's a great Kava and may be just what you looking for.

I do love my Tanoa. Somehow it makes my kava taste better.:)

Yes, I do drink some coconut water in between glasses of water. I'm just finishing up the last of the Kava now. Only a shell or two left.

I prefer the water but I do have to drink more. I've had the dehydration headache the next day before. I'm good as long as I drink. My limbs are a little numb right now so it's hard to post from this little phone. LOL

You got it right in the peeing. It's about the only time I get up in the middle of the night. I drink a lot of water when I'm shelling too.

In comparing this with Squanch, I think the effects are close to the same but Squanch is more potent. I do prefer the taste of TFR by far. It is smoothest Kava I've had so far.

I did a double Alu-Ball with two tablespoons each with 500ml of water. The second wash was another 500ml of water, the two original balls plus a third ball with two new tablespoons.

Finally trying The Kava Roots Tongan Family Reserve. I will write a review but I must say this is a great tasting Kava and it packs a good wallup. Bula!!::shell:: I put the second wash in my larger Tanoa then added what was left of the first wash. I'm making more soon. I'll be drinking this all...
