Well...the simplest thing to do would be to move to Canada. Easier for us here in the Northern states. New York literally has an international train line to Canada via Amtrak. Or, maybe Puerto Rico would have its exception, being a US Commonwealth after all....or New Zealand, perhaps?Many kava drinkers, no political will to make them angry!
