Kind of sucks you got no response here, nothing worse then having to wait for something you should have gotten days earlier.Eh maybe Wednesday is the only day that they drop off. Either way, my stuff should be here tomorrow or Tuesday, and I am in Canada so I can't complain.
Same here, I have order a few times from them and it always seems to take a week and a half. And same with cactus, I figured they were just up the road in Phoenix right? No it came from somewhere in Montana and took over two weeks so never again.I had ordered my product friday and it did not end up shipping until Wednesday. BHK is the only vendor out of the 7 I've gone through that I've consistently had this issue with.
A week and a half for an order sent to the US would be quite rare for us, and I'm not happy with that at all. My policy is for no more than 5 days, usually 3-4. Any time a delay like that happens, please contact me directly so I can make it right with a partial refund or discount, or whatever would make you feel better about it. Also, I'm a busy guy so I don't always catch it if my employees make a mistake. It would really help me if I heard from customers that have problems so I know when there's something I need to address. In fact, @schatz, if you could send me an email at [email protected], or a message here with your name and/or order number(s), I would really appreciate it. Thanks, I didn't mean to talk openly about your business being slow on shipping. Sometimes I forget I am on an open forum. It is very nice of you to offer but thats fine, it was last January during the last of the Fu'u. Some where something just went south on the shipping end, and stuff happens.
