Disappointed with shipping time

I had ordered my product friday and it did not end up shipping until Wednesday. BHK is the only vendor out of the 7 I've gone through that I've consistently had this issue with.

Eh maybe Wednesday is the only day that they drop off. Either way, my stuff should be here tomorrow or Tuesday, and I am in Canada so I can't complain.

Kind of sucks you got no response here, nothing worse then having to wait for something you should have gotten days earlier.

@Justvibe Sorry for the delay. As @ThePiper guessed, we did have a very busy week with orders due to having Nambawan, Instant, and Nangol back in stock. A bit of a flood of orders from the people that were waiting. We also have a new employee in the order fulfillment department who's still learning the ropes (She probably had a small panic attack when she came in and saw the order lists), and we moved to a new facility that we're still organizing. How about you send me an email at [email protected] and I'll either refund what you paid for shipping, or offer a nice discount for your next order. Thanks for your understanding.

@ everybody, we normally ship out next day. The exceptions are extenuating circumstances such as those mentioned above, and orders placed Fridays and Saturdays. We don't fulfill orders over the weekend, so they'll go out Mondays.

@Krunʞy OP didn't get a reply here to his post from Friday until now because this forum isn't the best place to address order issues with us. I come to this forum to chat about kava in general, and I feel like it's nice to have a direct line of contact with customers and like minded people. I don't pay employees to post here, and sometimes I don't personally check in for a few days or longer. Our important business is normally done via email. I encourage customers to contact [email protected] if there's ever an issue with an order. If they don't get a response there within 24 hours, customers should contact me directly at [email protected]. We're on it!

Anybody who has seen how we work or purchased from us over the past six years knows how important customer service is to me. We've become as popular as we are for a reason. That said, despite our success, we're still a small business and there are hiccups, but when they occur we go out of our way to make it right. We love you guys!

Same here, I have order a few times from them and it always seems to take a week and a half. And same with cactus, I figured they were just up the road in Phoenix right? No it came from somewhere in Montana and took over two weeks so never again.

A week and a half for an order sent to the US would be quite rare for us, and I'm not happy with that at all. My policy is for no more than 5 days, usually 3-4. Any time a delay like that happens, please contact me directly so I can make it right with a partial refund or discount, or whatever would make you feel better about it. Also, I'm a busy guy so I don't always catch it if my employees make a mistake. It would really help me if I heard from customers that have problems so I know when there's something I need to address. In fact, @schatz, if you could send me an email at [email protected], or a message here with your name and/or order number(s), I would really appreciate it. Even if the delayed order(s) was a ways back, I'll send you some free kava for your troubles. Thanks!

Thanks, I didn't mean to talk openly about your business being slow on shipping. Sometimes I forget I am on an open forum. It is very nice of you to offer but thats fine, it was last January during the last of the Fu'u. Some where something just went south on the shipping end, and stuff happens. Thanks again and will order in future from you after I get tired of Chris's Kumakua or he runs out.

BKH shipping to the UK can be as quick as 8 or 9 days sometimes so can't understand why orders to the US are being delayed? I suppose in my case USPS only have anything to do with it for a short time, could be a factor! lol
