So I bought a coconut in the supermarket as I just happened to see it. They don't always have them and they're not always that good but this one sounded full of liquid so I thought I'd have a go. I've halved it, drunk the water and removed the "meat". I've made myself a nice little shell and made coconut cream/milk from the rest of it. I've mixed almost 1 cup of the coconut cream topped up to 1 cup with coconut milk, 1 cup of regular milk and 1 cup of water with 8 tablespoons (it is a Saturday) of Taveuni which I don't know much about other than it's Fijian and last time I tried it I was distinctly underwhelmed. On my first shell and it's smaller than my usual drinking vessel, exactly 4 oz, so going to keep chugging til my mix is gone
