Is it ok to drink kava while having covid?

I had COVID in 2020 while I was in Ghana. I drank the F*&k out of Kava while I was sick.

Has anyone who has been infected with covid19 lost the ability to taste kava?

The only bonus to covid I guess lol .
Though the Tongan family reserve I actually like! . I never thought I'd say that about kava lol. Got 2kg of ofa's on way, hope it's similar. The stone is worst I've had sofar, dreading using it tbh... But some just love kava taste so... I've never been a fan, but that Tongan I think I'm growing a liking to

They both turned out to be false positives. It was all real news when I heard it, and the action I had to take was minimal.
