Black Bag Kava

Got mine today. 
It looks almost green to me, like and off white greenish thing. Taste is great, although I don't really care about the taste, it seems light in flavor to me, not peppery or anything.
For my review, this stuff is the nasty as all hell, I flat out stoned right now off 3 tbsps. It's very very cerebral to me, my mind is blank and movement is burden to say the least. Hands down the best kava i have had. The only thing that comes close is that one batch of VAN3 which was ultra strong. This kava is  light in the body as well, at least for me, I don't have that hard sedated feeling i get from DHM but instead i just want to remain still and vibe out. This is a kava to melt stress and enjoy alone imo. I don't feel like talking and am cozy in my own world at the moment.

Ok, so I attempted to brew up some of this kava the old fashioned way yesterday. I put it in the strainer and worked if for 10 minutes with leciten and down she went. I got very little effect, so today I decided to use my regular method - stick blender + milk + lecitin + sugar + vanilla extract. I did two tablespoons full. This is unlike any Kava I have had so far. I can see why they call it "heroin" kava. I feel drunk but quite high. My whole body feels light and warm, its hard to describe, almost like weak mushrooms or ecstasy. I am totally comfortable. I have been doing paradise awa for the past week.. Its exceptional kava, but it makes me feel a bit on edge, almost like really weak coke. This stuff is is like a warm hug. I would have to agree its the best stuff I've done so far.

Yes it has quite the opiated effect to it, it feels very empathogenic and I feel comfortable but it's fading now, think i may enjoy another bowl, total of 4 tbsps if i do that. I just use water and a mixer bowl.
I bought a pound's worth so i'll be enjoying this for the next month, yip yip. Might mix it with a bit of van3 and see how it treats me. I have a stockpile going on now. I have 500grams melo melo, 1 pound of van3,1 pound of tongan pride, 1 pound of fiji waka, 1 pound of the black bag and 250mgs of isa from paradise. I am set for a couple months, although my friends mouch so hard it's not funny. it's nothing to lose 100grams in a night or more with my buddies. I have been trying to acquire different kava's lately to have parties with and for different occasions.

It's strong, very sedating and a little hard on the stomach. It was great for insomnia which i suffer from since i was a child. Taste is a bit strong, peppery.
It is the best kava for krunkness besides this one i have had. I really am a fan of van3 because it's so cerebral, but isa is strong in the body arena and you just melt with it. I find the dosage if a little high can give you the spins and i awoke several times with the shakes from consuming it. I enjoy more cerebral kava's but if you like strong physical effects then it's the best isa i have had. Better then rex's imo.

Ive been thoroughly enjoying this kava. I'm almost done my first bag. Its the perfect kava buzz. I did a few spoonfuls of KBR fiji waka today to mix it up and it just paled in comparison. This kava may have ruined me for other strains - effects wise anyway.

Try the old fashioned hand kneading method but knead and squeeze for at least 30-45 minutes. I've made a few gallon batches with this stuff that same way and found it to be heavily intoxicating as opposed to blender which is just good. I've also noticed that the kava is good for at least 2 batches and the second is just as good as the first almost makes me wonder if a third could be pulled out. Usually a second batch is much lighter and less potent but I made a second hand half gallon that numbed the shit out of my tongue and got we friggin wasted.

This stuff is great to mix as well. So far I've made blends with; boroguro, tudei, and van3. I think it synergizes best with boroguro, the newest batch of tudei is just a shadow of the last batch. The last tudei was a lighter color but much more peppery and almost disgusting to drink, but totally lethal and potent stuff.

Definitely. I've made up to 4... granted the 4th was pretty weak, but the 3rd was still strong. Kept me squeezing a long time...but I don't want any to go to waste.

So now that we're all familiar with the black bag stuff, I'm curious to see what people think it compares to. What can i buy that comes closest to this? A few people mentioned van3 but the batch I have is not comparable.

the batch of van3 before the last batch was very close, but not as heavy. More cerebral even then this. Black bag lays me out and gives me a head buzz. It's slightly better then the batch of van3 i'm refering too, not much but it's better.
Paradise awa is very very good also, it's closer to that then van3 in effects i find, it's body and head where van3 was super heady.

I have some paradise awa, and it's good, But this is better. Like you said the black bag is very heady. Its a feeling none of my other kavas give me.

Dudes, I'm on a tablespoon of black bag and one of paradise awa. I feel like I'm on ecstacy. I was feeling drowsy but then ate some pizza and I am totally off my chair high. I've never been this krunked out before. This is crazy.

For some reason when I eat pizza after drinking kava it amplifies the effect a good bit.  A damn good bit.

Nevermind, just did some black bag after a few nights of various mixtures with little to no black bag and this stuff is just a notch above. It is just intoxicating. Other kavas have mostly head effects, mostly body or some form of mixture but never the best of both worlds in one kava, at least i havent found one, this does however.



Anyway, hopefully Judd brings this back soon so more people can enjoy it.

It sounds a lot like you're describing what I would get with Solomon Islands kava from n@h, where the effects are so pronounced both body and mind that you just have to sit down and ride along. and I dig that in a kava.

Kava is so random. Yesterday I went all day not eating specifically so I could crack into the Paradise Isa I received this week. I did a fair amount of it and it didnt effect me very strongly at all. I dont think its the kava because a friend of mine who I had given some to was rocked on it. Today I just decided randomly to do the black bag and paradise awa. I had breakfast about an hour prior, and did less than I did yesterday. But god dang that was the most wrecked I have been on kava to date. It really felt like E for a good hour or so. Almost too strong. I think the eating definitely added to it.
